太原海关缉私局现有40岁以下青年民警18人，占全局民警的43%。太原海关缉私局党组深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于青年工作的重要论述，高度重视青年培育工作，建立青年民警培养机制，教育引导广大青年民警要像精钢一样，学强弓劲弩般的本领、悟百折不挠的韧性，保持精金良玉般的纯净，既要以“百炼成钢”的决心，做“打铁的人”，更要坚定信仰、淬炼作风，做“铁打的人”。

生铁经高温熔铸而愈纯，历千锤百炼而成钢，青年的成长亦是如此。“五四”青年节前夕，太原海关缉私局组织全体青年民警，前往太原钢铁集团有限公司，开展“百炼锻精钢 青春淬锋芒”主题党日活动。

伴随着机器轰鸣声，青年民警亲眼见证成吨重的不锈钢板经过淬火软化和多道轧制，变身为薄如蝉翼的“手撕钢”，成为高端和前沿制造领域不可或缺的基础材料。

太原海关缉私局党组高度重视青年民警的思想淬炼，通过青年民警列席党组理论中心组学习、党组成员主动参与青年理论学习小组研讨会、座谈会，了解青年民警所思、所想、所求。

经常性举办“素质强警培训班”，邀请专家能手集中传授先进工作经验，及时更新理论知识，让青年民警武装头脑，指导实践；聚焦实际需求，开展体能拉练、实战演练，切实提升青年民警身体素质和实战水平。

及时发现专业能力突出的青年民警，加入“并云缉”数据分析工作室，进一步加强专业化培养；树立“宣传也是战斗力”理念，建立“并缉利刃”新媒体宣传工作室，为青年民警提升“眼力、脑力、笔力”搭建线上创作展示平台。

钢可弯不易折，青年当有弹性思维。顺境中不骄，逆境中不馁，以柔克刚，在挫折中蓄力，在失败后重生。
坚持师徒结对“同激励同约束”，通过“思想引领+实战指导”双轨并进，帮助青年民警筑牢理想信念根基；在其受挫时提供心理疏导与正向激励，在攻坚克难中给予定制化解决方案和经验赋能，构建“成长导师+心理支持+资源保障”的全链条支持体系，成为他们扎根岗位、砥砺前行的力量之源。

实行岗位交流制度，两年内完成各类重要岗位的轮岗历练，帮助青年民警找准自己最适合的岗位；对在轮岗交流中发现有技能特长或者缉私业务能力特别突出的“尖兵”型人才进行重点培养，做好跟踪评估，完善青年民警业务本领。

“并云缉”数据分析工作室业务骨干

坐在‘并云缉’工作室的电子屏前，我常想起第一次被数据‘欺骗’的狼狈——那些完美的报关数据背后，藏着走私分子精心设计的逻辑陷阱。现在的我，能在千万条表格数据中嗅到走私者的恐惧，能在复杂逻辑的数字涟漪里预判犯罪网络的重组。在“青年民警大讲堂”的聚光灯下，我向并肩作战的同事展示最新开发的数据模型时，忽然明白青年培养机制最精妙的设计：它让一行行代码有了热血，让书卷气的分析染上硝烟味，最终将我们淬炼成新一代国门卫士。
初心如磐，信念如钢，千锤百炼，淬炼锋芒，青年民警这块“钢铁”，就是这样炼成的。
